Dear Candidates, you all are requested to please follow the guidelines for the degree attestation process:
1. The E-service portal (https://eservices.hec.gov.pk/) is a data fetching portal, and it is not a production server or data hosting repository. Please avoid using the E-servicing portal for making your profile for degree attestation from HEC.
2. Please make your educational profile first on the E-portal by clicking here https://eportal.hec.gov.pk/.
