B.A./ B.Sc. / B.Com.

 

Eligibility for M.Phil. / Ph.D. Admission

At least sixteen years of studies (Master’s degree, M.A. / M.Sc.), or equivalent qualification with at least second division in the Pakistan Studies from an HEC recognized university/institution.
The admission will be granted on the basis of Test & Interview by the Departmental Research Committee of the Centre for admission in M.Phil. / Ph.D. coursework programme.

 

Eligibility for Ph.D. Admission

  1. M. Phil. or equivalent qualification in Pakistan Studies from an HEC recognized university/institution.
  2. The admission will be granted on the basis of Test & Interview by the Departmental Research Committee of the Centre for admission in Ph.D. program.
  3. If students have already qualified the International (subject) GRE/NTS will be exempted from the Ph.D. test. The validity of International (subject) GRE/NTS will be for 2 years.
  4. The Centre generally follows Karachi University Criteria for admission to M.Phil / Ph.D programme, which may change when deemed suitable.
